Found this bench being used as a “mud scraper” by group of birder from Rio Grande Birding Festival came through. YES, the mud here gets annoying but why are people not using common sense when they try to clean their shoes.. someone might wants to sit there, put their camera or arm there

Another nature center that will disappear when the borderwall will be build. Last year we were not impressed with the amount of butterflies but this year it was different there were so many monarch butterflies in the milkweed refilling before their next journey into mexico . butterfly center

We visited the “Lories” exhibit in the Kenucky Down Under Adventure Zoo…it was a lot of fun to get “attacked” by these birds.. food was $1 ..pricey on on side but totally worth the entertainment value on the other side.
