They F….up even when not getting contacted.
The place we bought our RV at is just a mess, they could not fight themselves out of we wet paper bag if their lives depended on it.
Wednesday we get a letter from them, poorly formulated and handwritten additions on it.
THESE KEYS ENCLOSED ARE FOR YOUR UNIT YOU PURCHASED FROM ALBANY RV SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MIGHT HAVE CAUSED…BLA BLA
There are a few issue with this.
- WHAT KEY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ? I DID NOT KNOW WE DIDN’T GET ALL THE KEYS
- WHERE ARE THE KEYS, THE ENVELOPE WAS EMPTY AND ONE OF THE CORNERS WITH THE SELF GLUED TAB WAS OPEN
- WHY DIDN’T YOU CALL ME FIRST ? BEFORE YOU SENT A KEY WITHOUT INSURANCE OR MEANS TO TRACK
- HOW OFTEN DO YOU MAIL STUFF ? THOSE SELF SEALING ENVELOPES NEVER STICK
So I called them Thursday morning and left a message with the office manager as specified in the letter. NO RETURNED CALL
Called again Thursday evening and left message. NO RETURNED CALL
Called Friday morning and got a call back 3 hrs later. The lady ( not office manager ) told me that she thinks the keys are at the post office because I am the fourth person that called with the same issue. She said she would call the post office and ask if they found keys ( that statement made me laugh ) and call me back. I asked when I can expect a call back and she said today. ( Of course that never happened )
I think I am going to give them a few days and if dont hear back from them I will contact the BBB and ask them to contact them and I would like to have them to pay for my locks to be replaced.
RVOne in Albany…. you need to get your act together…
