Rocky Mountain National Park

We left the campground around 9:30 AM and took RT66 towards Estes Park and went into RMNP via the Falls River  Entrance. We stopped at the visitor center for a bio break and some souvenirs and then took a very scenic drive up to the Alpine Visitor Center where we turned around and went back to the Hidden Vallery Picnic Area to stretch and let the dogs do their business.

Just outside the park is the Stanley Hotel , but since I was not willing to pay $10 just to take a closer picture of  the “SHINING” Hotel we just took one from the distance.
