Woodland Valley Campground

Another  campground we love and has to be booked months in advance. It located pretty remote  and has no hookups or cellphone coverage but it offers lots of great hiking.. DO NOT BOOK  site #46 unless you want hikers walk though your campsite all day long.

the sites are close together but shrubbery and trees offer plenty of privacy alot of sites are facing the stream and  make an great ambient noise. For those ambitious hikers there are trails to Slide Mountain, Wittenburg and Cornell available for those that like to take it easier  Terrace Mountain makes for a nice hike.

The staff is VERY STRICT with their pet policy so make sure you have the PAPERWORK for your rabies certificate. Unless the tag is from the year you camp they will not accept it and there is no cellphone coverage to call your vet.
